Psychotherapy gives you an opportunity to share your problems in confidence
with someone trained in listening and interpreting your experience.

It can help you to understand how past experience and current behaviour may
be linked, and can lead to new ways of approaching life.

It will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment to
explore thoughts and feelings about yourself and your relationships with
others, and may help you to make significant changes in your life.

You may wish to have short-term or long-term therapy, both are catered for at
the Practice.

Sessions usually take place once weekly and last 50 minute per session. More
frequent sessions may also be possible.
